437 Tableeghi Jamaat members COVID-19 test positive in Sindh
Sindh Adviser to Chief Minister Barrister Murtaza Wahab has confirmed the reports regarding 437 Tableeghi Jammat members coronavirus test positive. He also said that the samples of almost 2,500 Tableeghi Jammat members were taken.
On the other hand, the Sindh government announced a complete lockdown in Sindh scheduled from 12-3pm to limit Friday congregations. Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani and Nasir Shah represented the government delegation. The ulema delegation assured Sindh government of complete support during the lockdown.
According to the National Command and Operation Centre , the number of total patients soared to 6,505 with 520 new cases across the country within 24 hours on Thursday.
