An attempt to smuggle mobile phones from Jinnah International Airport Karachi was foiled by Custom Intelligence, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Shehroz and Sohail Amin, two passengers who arrived in Karachi by FlyDubai flight FZ-329 were checked. Mobile phones were recovered from the possession of passengers during checking. The Customs personnel stationed at the Green Channel directed the two passengers to the Customs Red Channel.Mobile phones hidden in their hand carry bags were recovered in the presence of the passengers.
According to description of discovered items include 28 iPhone, two HP laptops, 50 embroidered cotton suits and 40 bottles of 500mm of prime water drink were recovered.
