Karachi: The court acquitted the accused of a rocket launcher attack on the Sindh Secretariat after 29 years on Tuesday, Bol News reported.
According to detail, in the case of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s rocket launcher on the Sindh Secretariat in 1995, the Anti-Terrorism Court pronounced the verdict after 29 years.In view of the case, the ATC court acquitted Saeed Bharam, Faheem Mirchi, and Nasir Khaji.The prosecution said that the accused had attacked the Sindh Secretariat with a rocket launcher in 1995, in which the offices of the minister, Nisar Khoro, and others were destroyed.
In 2016, Faheen alias Mirchi and Nasir alias Khaji were arrested.
