LAHORE: In Punjab, the process of distribution of financial aid to destitute under Chief Minister Insaf Imdad Programme has been started.

In a statement, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said 1. 464 billion rupees have been transferred to oneAccording to focal person of provincial minister for information Mehar Tarrar 1500 million rupees have been distribute among the needy in the last 24 hours while a record has also been made by distributing ration worth of Rs 1.5 billion in a less time. While remaining deserve people will be given aid after confirmation of their data.

Besides medical and isolation centers for coroanaviurs were established in a record time in the supervision of Chief Minister Punjab in Jehlum, Lahore, Multan, DG Khan, Wazir Abad providing treatment to 3000 patients. Ventilators, masks, protective costumes were bought on an emergency basis. The CM said ten billion rupees have been allocated for provision of financial aid to deserving families.
