GWADAR: Explosions and intense gunfire have been reported in the vicinity of the Gwadar Port Authority Complex, said sources citing security officials.
Security personnel have cordoned off the area surrounding the GPA Complex, which houses various offices of the Gwadar Port Authority, law enforcement agencies, and residential accommodations. The GPA Complex serves as a hub for commercial activities, hosting facilities such as bank branches, stevedores, agency offices, cargo storage sheds, and marine repair workshops, spread across 69 acres of land.
