After four days of search, the bodies of six missing individuals have been recovered; who fell victim to the Kot Diji boat mishap on Monday.
The bodies have been identified as Salig Shar, Raja Shar, Maruf Ali, Bakhsh Ali, Jamauddin and Muhammad Raj.A boat carrying a family to a wedding ceremony had capsized in the suburbs of Nara, near Kot Diji on Monday.The local community immediately rallied together to search for the individuals involved in this unfortunate accident.
Five people were successfully rescued alive by the local residents, providing a glimmer of hope in the midst of this tragedy. However, the search for the remaining six individuals had been initiated immediately after the incident. This heart-wrenching event serves as a stark reminder of the need for safety and vigilance, especially during transportation on waterways.
