PTI founder Imran Khan’s spouse Bushra Bibi shared Khan’s arrest story with the media persons outside Adiala Jail.The bulletproof glass in the house was also shattered during the raid, she said, adding that the police put a cloth in his mouth and dragged him.She talked about Imran Khan’s ordeal in confinement, she said there was no cleanliness and they didn’t provide him with food to eat.She took a swipe at the persons responsible for sending Imran to jail.
She said the rivals of Khan kept a sincere person in jail, whereas thieves and dacoits were given VIP treatment. She went on: “I and Khan Sahab are ready to swear that all the cases against us are based on lies. Will the people who implicated us in bogus cases do so?“I am bringing these things on record because I don't know if I will survive or not.“Our petition regarding poisoning chairman Imran Khan is still in court but the decision is not being given yet.
“Though I have not nominated any person, why they are afraid? Jail officers have been transferred every day.”She added: “After having been acquitted in the Iddat case, I thought I was going to be released but taken to the Jail Superintendent’s office where I got to know I would not be freed. I was forced to go out of the jail and nabbed.”“Let me talk, I will put everything in front of the media, Bushra Bibi replied to the PTI founder.
