Spearheaded by prominent industrialist Hanif Gohar, the initiative aims to provide a robust transportation solution and boost regional connectivity.

Speaking in a video statement, Hanif Gohar confirmed that the name"Air Karachi" has already been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan . An application for the airline's operational license has been submitted to the federal government, and the approval process is reportedly nearing completion.
Southern Commander Air Vice Marshal Imran has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Air Karachi, ensuring strong leadership for the new airline. The venture has attracted some of Karachi's leading business figures, including: Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, Arif Habib, SM Tanveer, Bashir Jan Muhammad, Khalid Tawab, Zubair Tufail and Hamza Tabani.
