Chinese engineers killed Karachi blast, confirmed by the ministry, were not involved in IPP talks, raising security concerns.

The Ministry of Finance has clarified that the two Chinese engineers who tragically lost their lives in the recent Karachi explosion were not involved in ongoing negotiations related to Independent Power Producers between Pakistan and China.

In response to rumours, the Finance Ministry asserted that the idea that the deceased engineers were part of the IPP negotiations is entirely false.
