A delegation of Chain Store Association Pakistan met with Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
In-principle it was decided to hold 'Shopping Festival' and the first shopping festival will be held in Lahore in collaboration with chain stores. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was briefed by the delegation of Chain Store Association Pakistan about suggestions and recommendations in this regard. In the meeting, it was proposed to make an annual calendar for the working hours of stores in Punjab.
Talking on the occasion Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said government is going to restart the Horse and Cattle Show in Lahore in a new style.Appropriate suggestions will definitely be implemented for the promotion of business, said Maryam Nawaz Sharif.She said a business-friendly policy is very important for the promotion of economic activities and my mission is to make Punjab a hub of trade and industry.
