Islamabad: Constitutional bench of the Supreme Court has indicated that the hearing on the petitions related to the 26th Amendment will be held in the second week of January.
During the hearing of the case related to military courts in the Supreme Court, the Constitution Bench indicated to hear the petitions filed on the 26th Amendment in the second week of January. Head of the constitution bench, Justice Amin Uddin said, he wants to decide the case related to the special courts soon and the petitions against the 26th constitutional amendment should be heard after the case.
Justice Amin Uddin further said, the petitions against the 26th constitutional amendment want to be scheduled in the second week of January, we have many cases in the pipeline including the 26th amendment.
