Cyber offenders 15-year jail NCCIA authority established to tackle cyber crimes with stricter penalties in Pakistan’s newly launch...
The Federal Investigation Agency’s Cyber Crime Wing has been dissolved, and a new authority, the National Cyber Crimes Investigation Agency , has been established.
Offenders involved in cybercrimes could now face punishments ranging from 5 to 15 years of imprisonment and heavy fines. Officers from the dissolved FIA Cyber Crime Wing will continue to serve in the new authority for one year.
