COAS Bajwa to visit Saudi Arabia this weekend
ISLAMABAD/KARACHI – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa will visit Saudi Arabia this weekend.
This was confirmed by Inter-Service Public Relation Director General Major Gen Babar Iftikhar during in an interview with foreign new agency“Yes he is travelling. The visit was pre-planned and primarily military affairs oriented,” Major General Babar Iftikhar toldDuring his visit to Saudi Arabia, the army chief will hold important meetings with the high authorities of Saudi leadership.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have fraternal relations and always have had a close relationship through the decades, during both Pakistan’s military and civilian regimes.
