Explore the recent decision by the ECP to approve case transfers for three PML-N MNAs. Understand the implications of this move in...
The Election Commission of Pakistan on Monday approved the requests of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's three elected Members of the National Assembly from Islamabad to transfer all three cases to another election tribunal.
According to 24NewsHD TV Channel, the ECP announced the decision that was reserved last Friday after completing the arguments of the parties. Three PML-N MNAs from Islamabad — Anjum Aqeel, Tariq Chaudhry, and Khurram Nawaz — had expressed reservations about the election tribunal hearing rival PTI candidates' petitions in which they had challenged the election results in their constituencies of NA-46, NA-47 and NA-48 and requested the ECP to transfer their cases to another tribunal.
On June 7, the three-member commission, headed by the Chief Election Commissioner , heard the cases and reserved the verdict that was pronounced today. From 144p to 1080p: Pakistani celebrities' astonishing transitions will leave you in aweArif Alvi says talking to Imran Khan must for country’s progress
