LAHORE: Former Member of the Punjab Assembly(MPA) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from Lahore Malik Sarfraz Hussain Khokhar, has announced to quit
Sarfraz Khokhar elected as MPA from PP 173 in 2018.He said PTI’s narrative is harmful to country’s interest. the party.He said in the video statement that he is leaving the party due to the policy of PTI. He said the policy of PTI is not in the interest of the country.
He said that despite the violent incidents of May 9, the party is sticking to its aggressive narrative against state institutions. Sarfraz Hussain Khokhar said that PTI’s narrative is harmful to the country’s interest therefore he announced to leave PTI.A 3-member bench by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood heard case. A three-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood heard the case. During the proceeding, the court remarked that there had been written in the law that an accused shouldn’t be arrested in any case. A court in Islamabad had issued such an order that the accused would be arrested with its approval, it noted and remarked whether the courts were giving license to the accused for crimes.
