The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finalized plans for the opening ceremony of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The event will be held on February 7 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif as the likely chief guest. Due to the late arrival of some teams, the traditional opening ceremony featuring all participating teams and captains has been canceled.
LAHORE : Pakistan Cricket Board has reportedly finalized plans for the opening ceremony of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Event will take place on February 7 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, where Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is likely to be the chief guest. According to ICC sources, England and Australia are set to arrive in Lahore on February 18 and 19, respectively, as per the schedules provided by the England and Wales Cricket Board and Cricket Australia.
