IHC dismisses representation filed by five judges against new seniority list
ISLAMABAD - Islamabad High Court on Monday rejected the representation of its five judges against the change in seniority principle.
It was said Justice Sarfaraz Dogar, who was transferred from the Lahore High Court to the IHC, will continue to be a Senior Puisne Judge.
