devastation and claiming multiple lives. The powerful winds wreaked havoc, leading to collapsed structures and tragic accidents.
The storm’s impact was particularly severe in Patoki, where two children tragically perished and a dozen more individuals were injured as roofs, walls, and even solar panels were ripped apart by the relentless gusts. Traffic and infrastructure bore the brunt of the storm’s fury. Fallen trees obstructed roads, causing disruptions along the Patoki National Highway, while similar chaos unfolded in Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib.peaking at a historic 115 kilometers per hour, providing some respite from the sweltering heat with scattered rainfall across the region.
