The registration fees for both private and government medical and dental colleges in Pakistan have been significantly increased, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Thursday.

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has raised the registration fee for private institutions by 50%, from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000, while setting the fee for public institutions at Rs7,000.Meanwhile, the Sindh High Court has ordered a temporary suspension on the publication of the MDCAT merit list, instructing institutions not to proceed with admissions until further notice.
