NADRA’s chairman highlighted the difficulties faced by pensioners and elderly citizens due to faint fingerprints and stressed the need for technological solutions to address these issues.

The introduction of facial recognition technology was praised, with many recognizing its potential to improve access to services and eliminate delays. NADRA’s spokesperson confirmed that the new service would be available at registration centers as well as through the Pak-ID app, ensuring convenience for users.
