ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has praised the Pakistan Army for its successful operation in the Zhob district of Balochistan, where 33 India-backed terrorists were killed while trying to cross into Pakistan from Afghanistan.
In his statement, President Zardari said the nation is proud of its brave soldiers who acted with courage, skill, and perfect timing to protect the country. He added that the armed forces have once again crushed the enemy’s evil plans. “Every attempt to cross into Pakistan will be met with a strong response,” the President said. “Pakistan will continue to eliminate terrorism, especially those supported by India.” He also said the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army in this fight, and this battle will continue until terrorism is completely wiped out.
