The conflict regarding obligations between PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) and PSO (Pakistan State Oil) has intensified.
The Pakistan International Airlines PIA spokesperson expressed on Sunday optimism that continuous communication with the authorities will lead to the full restoration of flight operations by the evening.
PIA is currently facing a shortage of fuel, which is significantly affecting its flight operations. PSO has alleged that PIA has not received the fuel supply as specified in their agreement. Furthermore, among the 29 flights planned for Sunday and Monday, only one flight was conducted for domestic routes, including destinations like China, Kuala Lumpur, Canada, and Istanbul.
