ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday praised Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operation against terrorists of Fitna Al-Khawarij in the Tirah region of Khyber District.
The operation resulted in the killing of five Khawariji terrorists, including their ringleader, Abidullah, during an intelligence-based operation. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lauded the efforts of the security forces, expressing the nation’s collective support for the forces in their battle against terrorism.President Asif Ali Zardari also commended the security forces for their bravery and resolute actions in neutralizing the terrorists. He specifically acknowledged the killing of Khawariji ringleader Abidullah, emphasizing that the nation stood united against terrorism.
Both the Prime Minister and the President reiterated their unwavering determination to support security forces in their ongoing efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country.
