PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira accuses govt of mismanaging Taftan border
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that the government had committed the incompetence which it was doomed to do.The PPP leader said that Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had played the best role to contain the epidemic. “All the things whose notice was taken by the prime minister went topsy-turvy. Now he has taken notice against hoarders,” he said.
He said that the government should pay attention to the justified demands of doctors. “On one hand, the country is poor and the incompetent is at the helm on the other hand. The PPP will extend all-out cooperation to the government in controlling coronavirus,” he said. Kaira said that the PPP would do the positive politics in interest of the masses. “We demand that the Punjab government should share the data about the affectees,” he said.
He announced to suspend party’s political activities for three weeks. “PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has postponed the Punjab visit,” he said.
