Court has reject the police's petition on physical remand of accused Amir Mughal
ISLAMABAD - Islamabad anti-terrorism court has rejected the police’s petition for physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf leader Amir Mughal.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain rejected the petition filed for physical remand of Amir Mughal by police. Meanwhile, court ordered to send Amir Mughal to jail on judicial remand. PTI leader Amir Mughal and other 25 individuals were accused of attacking CDA and police officials. However, police arrested the PTI leader Amir Mughal from PTI central sectaries in Islamabad on Thursday.
