Rawalpindi: Pakistan on Tuesday successfully test fire surface to surface Shaheen 2 ballistic missile, the Inter-Service Public Relations reported.
The training launch was aimed at training of troops, validating various technical parameters and performance evaluation of different sub-systems incorporated for improved accuracy and enhanced survivability. According to the ISPR, the training launch was witnessed by Officers and Engineers and scientists of Strategic Plan Division, Army Strategic Forces Command.Director General Strategic Plans Division appreciated the technical prowess, dedication and commitment of scientists who contributed towards this land mark achievement.
