Information Minister Attaullah Tarar has said that Pakistan has great capacity to host important sports tournaments like the Champions Trophy.
Addressing inaugural ceremony of Media Cricket League 2025, Atta Tarar congratulated all the sponsors including Jang Media Group on organizing the Media Cricket League saying there is a need to promote positive activities like sports in the country.
He said that the fans are getting to watch a good game in the beautiful cricket ground and appreciated all the cricket teams participating in the league. The Information Minister expressed best wishes to all the media teams saying the team that performs best will be given prizes. He said that a big event of the Champions Trophy is also coming up in Pakistan, which has a great capacity to host such tournaments.
He said that Pakistan has achieved good achievements in the field of sports with the successful holding of the SCO, everyone has come to know that we have the capacity to organize big events.Pakistan Television Corporation is the Pakistan state-owned Television broadcaster, founded on 26 November 1964. This National Broadcaster has flourished since then, and today has PTV-Centers in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, AJK and Multan.
