Pakistan's Shahzaib Rind wins World Karate CLH Championship
Hailing from Balochistan, Rind defeated his Brazilian rival Luiz Victor Rocha in final. The victory has made history as he has become first world champion from Pakistan in martial arts.
The MMA star also shared her feeling in a post on Facebook, stating: “I am proud to be the first World Champion from Pakistan in Martial Arts. History has been made! It has been a long and challenging journey, but we did it”. He thanked everyone who believed in him and supported his path to success, adding: “It means the world to me”.
