Intermittent CFVs by Indian Army continue along LOC, being befittingly responded. In response to CFV in Dewa Sector reports of damage to Indian posts and heavy casualties to Indian soldiers. No major exchange of fire in Kiran or Neelum valley as being propagated by Indian Media.In a tweet, he said that Pakistan Army befittingly responded to the Indian ceasefire violation in Dewa sector and there are reports of heavy casualties and damage to army posts on the Indian side.
The DG ISPR rejected any major exchange of fire in Kiran or Neelum Valley, as being propagated by Indian media.On December 19, at least two civilians were martyred and three Pakistan Army soldiers were injured when Indian troops targeted civilian population across the Line of Control . In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations said that Indian troops resorted to unprovoked fire in Laswa village of Neelum Valley across LOC, targeting civilian population. Two civilians embraced martyrdom, while three other people including a woman were injured.
Pakistan army troops responded effectively targeting Indian post which initiated fire, the statement added. Those who were martyred have been identified as 14-year-old Shehryar and 29-year-old Naveed resident of Laswa village.
