Shehryar Afridi says Rana Sanaullah granted bail, not acquitted
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that he wants to tell the nation that he is still an accused.
The minister said that 15kg of heroin was recovered from Rana Sanaullah and they had presented the proofs in court within 17 days. “It is the season of bails. Time will prove the truth.” Shehryar Afridi said that there will be no compromise at any stage. “We will go to the last extent for the case. The nabbed mafias are pressurizing us,” he said.Shehryar Afridi said that they respected courts and believed in them. He said that the prime minister’s vision was to strengthen the institutions.
On July 1, PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah was arrested by the ANF Lahore team while he was travelling from Faisalabad to Lahore near the Ravi Toll Plaza on Motorway.
