Sindh health department advises people to avoid unnecessary visits outside.
KARACHI – The Health Department of Sindh has issued an advisory in the wake of Coronavirus Disease 2019 on Saturday and advised people to stay at homes or offices.
The health department has urged people, especially respiratory patients and those suffering from fever and other viral diseases, to avoid unnecessary visits outside and to maintain a distance of one meter from others in crowded places. Directions have also been given to form health desks in public places. Those individuals who perform security duties of checking people should wear safety gear. The health department has urged people to avoid smoking.
It has been directed to take temperature of guests, workers and pilgrims at hotels and guest houses and to not allow anyone suffering from cough or body aches to stay.
