Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Emir Sirajul Haq on Wednesday fired a fresh broadside at the caretaker government, blaming it for ballooning inflation.
Expressing his thoughts in Lahore, Haq said, ‘’Even now, the poor people in the country will long for the basic amenities like bread and pulses.’’
He urged the Election Commission of Pakistan to hold transparent elections and announce the election date in the country. ‘’The ECP has announced it will hold elections in January, but uncertainty still looms.– Siraj blames political opponents for unrest, inflation – Expressing his thoughts in Lahore, Haq was of the view those political parties who had already ruled the country were deceiving the masses. Haq schooled the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz , Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf .
