Passing out parade of 122 Midshipmen and 30th Short Service Commission Course was held at Pakistan Naval Academy in Karachi. 79 officers, 50 Midshipmen, and 29 SSC Course Officers Passed Out on the occasion. The Air Chief gave prizes to the passing out officers. Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu attended the parade as Chief Guest.

Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu attended the parade as Chief Guest. The parade was also attended by Senior Civil And Military Officers. The Air Chief was given a guard of honour. Later the chief guest inspected the parade. Speaking on the occasion, the Air Chief said strong economy is key to strong defence and economy of our country is on path to recovery. He said we live in challenging time when the impact of technology is profound. Technology is influencing political, social and Military domains. He said, Pakistan Armed Forces are pursuing prudent strategy of modernization.
He congratulated graduating cadets and their parents on this blissful occasion. He said Pakistan Naval Academy is also imparting quality training to Cadets from friendly countries.The Air Chief called upon the international community to play its role in putting an end to hostilities in Gaza, and resolving the Kashmir issue.Pakistan Television Corporation is the Pakistan state-owned Television broadcaster, founded on 26 November 1964.
