Constitutional benches would hear the constitutional cases
ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court of Pakistan has sent the application pertaining to restoration of terminated employees case to the constitutional benches after recently passed 26th constitutional amendment.Applicant’s lawyer Waseem Sajjad stated that every citizen had a constitutional right to live a peaceful life.
Justice Mansoor remarked that a constitutional question was raised in this case therefore constitutional benches would be formed that hear and decide the constitutional cases in the wake of enactment of 26th amendment.The apex court mentioned that constitutional benches would hear the constitutional cases in the wake of 26th amendment in the constitution and applications were being sent to benches.
