ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has issued notices to the parties on petitions against the 26th Constitutional Amendment.
An 8-member constitutional bench, headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, heard the petitions, with special arrangements made for the session.
Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Musarrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan will also be part of the bench.Advertisement Lawyer applicant said representation in the Senate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not complete, there were Senate elections still living.
