Ishaq Dar also emphasized the need for peace in Afghanistan, urging the international community to engage with the interim Government and prevent the use of afghan soil for terrorism. Deputy Prime Minister condemned Israel's brutal actions in Palestine, where 35,000 innocent people have been martyred, and reiterated Pakistan's commitment to the Palestinian cause.
In his opening remarks, foreign minister expressed condolences over the tragic death of Iranian President Syed Ibrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister and other onboard officials.
