0During the hearing, the Chief Justice asked whether your fundamental right is being affected. On this, the petitioner’s lawyer said that under Article 90 and 91, the federal government consists of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet members. “There is no post of Deputy Prime Minister in the Constitution, the Deputy Prime Minister is not accountable to the Senate or the Parliament”.
