Severe storms and heavy rains wreaked havoc in various parts of Punjab
LAHORE – , resulting in 3 deaths and dozens of injuries due to various incidents.
In Wazirabad, a wall collapse killed a girl and severely injured her mother, while a motorcyclist, caught in the strong winds, crashed into a green belt and died on the spot. In Shakargarh, three children were seriously injured when a wall of their house on Chamal Road collapsed due to the strong winds. The injured children were taken to the hospital, where the condition of two of them is reported to be critical.
In Sialkot, Pasrur, and Daska, various incidents caused by the strong winds injured 8 people, including two children and women.
