Two hardcore terrorists were killed during an attack on police team in Kotlital area under the jurisdiction of Police Station Wahwah of Dera Ghazi Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.A spokesman of Punjab police said that both terrorists were killed during a joint operation of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab and Dera Ghazi Khan police.

The spokesman further said that Punjab police were already alerted due to the movement of terrorists near the Punjab-Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa border. After receiving the information, DPO Dera Ghazi Khan Syed Ali immediately arrived at the scene with a heavy contingent of police. The Elite Force team also reached the spot for backup assistance. During the severe exchange of firings, two terrorists were sent to hell.
