Besides that, showers were also reported from Minchanabad, Baseerpur, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, Pattoki, Arifwala, Sahiwal and Renala Khurd. Fog in some parts of Punjab led to the closure of sections of the motorway, M-4 and M-5. The Met Office forecast extremely cold and dry weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
