Cincinnati is the top team in the Eastern Region of the United States Major League Soccer this season, while Miami is at the bottom of the standings or in 15th place. If the two MLS regions are combined, Cincinnati will be in first place as they have collected 51 points from 24 games. No team has been able to reach 50 points until MLS enters week 25.
