CJP Afridi calls JCP meeting tomorrow for the establishment of constitutional benches in the Sindh High Court
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi has summoned a meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan on Friday for the establishment of constitutional benches in the Sindh High Court.The Sindh Assembly had passed a resolution for the establishment of constitutional benches in the SHC.
A judicial commission meeting was held to form a constitutional bench in the Supreme Court under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi. Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, Justice Jamal Mandokhail and Justice Musrrat Hilali included in the Constitution Bench.
