The Sindh Assembly on Monday passed a resolution, calling for the formation of constitutional benches in the Sindh High Court , reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
As many as 123 members of the provincial assembly , belonging to the PPP and MQM-P, raised their hands in the favour of the resolution while four MPAs, belonging to the PTI and the Jamaat-e-Islami , opposed it. Speaking on the occasion, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah expressed the hope that the passage of the resolution would help in the implementation of the 26The provincial home minister told the assembly that street crimes in Karachi had dropped by 26 per cent.
