FAISALABAD - The Panthers have set a target of 284 runs for the Lions in the fifth match of the Champions One Day Cup 2024.Opening batsmen Saim Ayub and Azan Awais started the innings for the Panthers.
Following Azan Awais, Umar Siddiq also failed to contribute, and returned to the pavilion without scoring. He was caught out by Sajjad Ali off the bowling of captain Shaheen Shah Afridi. After the fall of four wickets, Mubasir Khan and Haider Ali took responsibility, advancing the team’s score with their solid batting performances. Both completed their half-centuries.Haider Ali added significant 84 runs to the scoreboard, while Shadab Khan in his cameo scored 37 off 29 deliveries.
