KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has suspended the notification of the appointment of a private person as an administrator.
KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has suspended the notification of the appointment of a private person as an administrator in the Telephone Cooperative Housing Society.
The court stopped the appointment of private individuals as administrators in societies. Shahnawaz Lashari, the administrator of the society, appeared after the order of the court. Justice Zafar Rajput asked him what is qualification.The court asked, can you read the notification of appointment as administrator in your hand? To which Shahnawaz Lashari replied that he cannot read at this time, my spectacles have been lost.
