CM Murad Ali Shah instructs to form quarantine centers in all Sindh districts.
KARACHI – Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has on Saturday instructed to form quarantine centers in all provincial districts for coronavirus patients, Dunya News reported.
The CM chaired the 17th coronavirus taskforce meeting and directed to conduct immediate tests of all pilgrims who reached Sukkur from Quetta. Special teams of the health department have been sent to Sukkur in this regard, he informed. Murad Ali Shah said 289 pilgrims have reached Sukkur by now and further 853 are about to arrive, therefore, we should remain prepared.
The chief minister said that a helicopter has been sent to Sukkur to collect blood samples of those pilgrims who have arrived from Taftan. Trained doctors and staff have been appointed in Sukkur, he stressed.
