ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) rejected the appeal against depriving of the 75-year-old deceased man two sons of their property.
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa remarked that the baseless litigation used to waste the courts’ time and lead to an increase in the number of pending cases.
The Chief Justice said “We know how litigation happens, courts waste time due to such baseless and fabricated litigation, the number of pending cases is increasing due to baseless litigation”.
